CO-AKINAI Marché

Built around the theme of "doing business together," this is a place where small ventures take shape. Vendors and visitors connect beyond products — stories and passions are shared, sparking new relationships. A simple "That's delicious!" or "This is fun!" opens up conversations, naturally bringing together people from inside and outside of town. The encounters here encourage the next step forward, nurturing small challenges within Kusatsu.

Thinking About Education

A dialogue space where participants bring together the challenges and possibilities of our town to collectively envision the future. Parents, educators, and community members gather to share real concerns and articulate their vision for education. When perspectives from different backgrounds intersect, new insights and connections emerge. By bringing the voices and ideas born here back to the town, we turn conversations into concrete steps forward.
