- Q What are the business hours?

A Our business hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (22:00). We are open year-round, so you can use our services on weekends and holidays.

A There are no closed days. We are open year-round.
- Q Are check-in and check-out times fixed?

A Check-in and check-out can be done at your convenience during business hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
- Q Is it possible to use the space outside of business hours?

A Monthly members can use the space until midnight. However, there are certain conditions, such as confirming the lights are out, so please contact our staff for more details.
About Facilities and Services
- Q Is internet connectivity available?

A We have high-speed Wi-Fi available. The download speed is up to 300 Mbps, and the upload speed is up to 150 Mbps, which is sufficient for online meetings and remote work.
- Q Can I use a printer or copier?

A We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have a printer or copier available.
- Q Is eating and drinking allowed?

A Eating and drinking are permitted in the space. We offer the following services:
- Water dispenser (free)
- Instant coffee and tea (free)
- Cold bottled beverages (for a fee)
- You may also bring your own food.

A To ensure a comfortable stay, we offer the following amenities:
- Power outlets at all seats
- Air conditioning
- Chargers available to borrow
- Writing materials
- Water dispenser (hot water available)
- 38-inch monitor in the 2nd floor open space (free, first-come-first-served)
- Dedicated monitors at all three seats in the 2nd-floor “Deep Focus Booth”
- Separate restrooms for men and women (one stall each)
- Q Are there hot springs or foot baths?

A There are no hot springs or foot baths on the premises, but we sell original towels (200 yen) for bathing at nearby facilities at your convenience.
About rates
- Q What are the basic rates?

A We offer the following rate plans:
Drop-in Use- ¥330 per 30 minutes
- Flexible usage billed by the hour
- For continuous usage over 6 hours, a maximum daily rate of ¥3,960 applies
※If you check out, the continuous usage count resets. If you want the maximum rate to apply, please notify staff before checking out.
- ¥5,500 per month
- Enjoy regular access at a discounted rate
- A plan for employee's use through a corporate contract
- Up to ___ people can use per contract
- 330 yen per room per 30 minutes (minimum of 60 minutes to use)
- Maximum use of 4 people.
- No additional drop-in fee is required
- However, if spaces other than the Park View meeting room are used, each person must pay the drop-in fee
- 1,000 yen per room per 30 minutes (minimum of 60 minutes to use)
- Maximum use of 15 people
- No additional drop-in fee is required
- However, if spaces other than the 2nd floor open space are used, each person must pay the drop-in fee

A The cancellation fees are as follows:
Drop-in Use- Since it is not by reservation, no cancellation fee is charged
- Up to 1 day before the start date: Free (however, the 3.6% payment processing fee is non-refundable)
- On the start date: 100%
- Q Can you issue a receipt?

A Yes, it can be easily issued from the My Page on the ii App.
- Select the date for which you want to issue a receipt from "Payment History" in My Page
- Select the "Send Receipt by Email" button
- Enter your preferred recipient name
- The receipt will be sent to your registered email address

- Q Is it possible to use for online meetings?

A Yes, it is possible.
- Q Are there any precautions for use?

A Please be mindful of the following points:
- Bringing food and drinks is allowed
- Bringing alcoholic beverages is prohibited
- For the price of one room, the Park View meeting room can accommodate up to 4 people, and the 2nd floor open space can accommodate up to 15 people
- The minimum time of use is 60 minutes
- No additional drop-in fee is required for meeting room use
- However, if spaces other than the meeting room are used, each person must pay the drop-in fee
About Drop-in Use
- Q What is the procedure for drop-in use?

A You can use it by following these steps:
- Download and register for the "ii App" (only for the first time)
- Please check here for detailed registration methods.
- You must register your email address, name, phone number, date of birth, and credit card information. Please rest assured that we will not contact you except in the case of, for example, we have items you left behind.
- How to navigate on the day of use
- No prior reservation is necessary.
- Scan the QR code at the entrance door from the app and select "Check In" to unlock the door and enter.

- Download and register for the "ii App" (only for the first time)
- Q Which spaces are available for use?

A You can use all spaces except for the 2nd floor Park View meeting room.
Notes for Use- The 2nd floor open space cannot be used when it's booked for a private event.
- The "Deep Focus Booth" requires a reservation (no additional fee is required).
- Q Can web meetings be held?

A Yes, web meetings can be held under the following conditions:
- Web meetings are possible in all booths except for the "Deep Focus Booth."
- Headphones must be used.
- Please be considerate of other users.
- Q Is a reservation necessary?

A Generally, reservations are not required. However, reservations are necessary in the following cases:
- When using the "Deep Focus Booth."
- When reserving the Park View meeting room or the 2nd floor open space for private use.
About Monthly Member
- Q What are the benefits of being a monthly member?

A The following benefits are available for monthly members:
- The fee for the Park View meeting room use is half-price.
- Reservations for the "Deep Focus Booth" can be made from 7 days in advance.
- Available to use after closing time (10 PM) until midnight. Please note that there are conditions such as lights out; for details, please contact the staff.
- Q How do I apply?

A You can apply through the "ii App":
- Select the "Kusatsu Town Resident Exclusive Plan" in the app.
- Enter your desired starting date of use.
- Complete the application process.
- Please bring your verification documents during your first visit.
- Neighbors of Kusatsu or dual residents of Kusatsu can also apply, even if they are not residents of Kusatsu.
- The fee for the first month will be prorated.

- Q Can you tell me about the contract period and cancellation?

A Important points regarding the contract period:
- There are no commitments on the contract period.
- The contract will automatically renew on the 1st of each month (unless a cancellation request is made).
- Cancellation will take effect from the following month of the request.
- The month of cancellation is not subject to prorate calculation.

A You can use the same spaces as mentioned for drop-in use:
- All spaces except the 2nd floor Park View meeting room

A There is no dedicated parking lot, but you can use the following parking facilities:
Note: Temporary stopping (for picking up and dropping off) is allowed in front of the premises.

- Rate: 300 yen per 60 minutes
- Maximum from 8 AM to 5 PM: 500 yen
- Maximum from 5 PM to 8 AM: 500 yen ※The parking lot may be closed on busy days such as holidays.
- Yubatake Sightseeing Parking Lot (10-minute walk)
- Nishi no Kawara Park Parking Lot (10-minute walk)

- Child's rates:
- Preschool children: free
- Elementary school students and older: same rate as adults
- Drop-ins of less than 5 minutes are free (please use this for visits or pick-ups)
- Visits for viewing are very welcome (please contact us through "Contact Us")
