An article covering the Wind Chime Painting Experience was published in the Jōmō Shimbun (daily edition, August 26, 2025).
The Jōmō Shimbun featured an article about the event
Kusatsu Onsen Summer of Art – Wind Chime Painting Experience,
which was held at Kusatsu Onsen Coworking.
This event took place on August 19, 2025, with the aim of fostering交流 between newcomers who have moved to Kusatsu Town and local residents.
In addition to new residents, the participants included ryokan owners from Kusatsu Onsen, people who had returned to Kusatsu to work after living elsewhere, and even television staff visiting from Tokyo. We were delighted to welcome such a diverse group of people.
Along with self-introductions and enjoying the wind chime painting experience, participants actively exchanged ideas and shared information on topics such as:
How can life in Kusatsu Onsen be made even more enjoyable?
Are there opportunities for collaboration among participants?
The discussions were lively and meaningful, making it a truly valuable gathering.
