② Rhythm Plan (5 Visits/Month Light Plan)

The ideal visit-based plan for those who want to switch focus and concentrate 1–2 times a week.

Plan Details

Visits Allowed: Up to 5 times per month
Entry/Exit: Reservation required. Contact us via official LINE with your preferred dates; a dedicated passkey will be issued on the day.
Booking Timing: Please let us know your preferred dates at the end of the previous month or beginning of the current month.

Recommended For:

Those who want to secure a block of focused work time once a week
Those who want a periodic change of environment, though not every day
Light users who are interested in a monthly plan but may not come every day

Register: Please register for our app.

Select a Plan: Choose either the "Base Plan" or "Rhythm Plan."

Start Using:

Base Plan: Once the dedicated app is set up, you can start immediately.
Rhythm Plan: Your plan begins after operator approval.
Contact us via LINE with your preferred dates and enter using the issued passkey.

Q What are the benefits of being a monthly member?

A The following benefits are available for monthly members:

The fee for the Park View meeting room use is half-price.
Reservations for the "Deep Focus Booth" can be made from 7 days in advance.
Available to use after closing time (10 PM) until midnight. Please note that there are conditions such as lights out; for details, please contact the staff.

Q How do I apply?

A You can apply through the "ii App":

Select the "Kusatsu Town Resident Exclusive Plan" in the app.
Enter your desired starting date of use.
Complete the application process.
Please bring your verification documents during your first visit.

Notes

Neighbors of Kusatsu or dual residents of Kusatsu can also apply, even if they are not residents of Kusatsu.
The fee for the first month will be prorated.

Q Can you tell me about the contract period and cancellation?

A Important points regarding the contract period:

There are no commitments on the contract period.
The contract will automatically renew on the 1st of each month (unless a cancellation request is made).
Cancellation will take effect from the following month of the request.
The month of cancellation is not subject to prorate calculation.
