About This Event

We have often heard from people who have moved to Kusatsu Town that
“I want to deepen my connections with others,” and
“I would love to join social events if there were opportunities.”

This is why we started hosting “Kusatsu Onsen Ijusha Night!”

This time, we will all enjoy making “ice-like” candles together!

If you are interested in hands-on crafting,
if you want to spend some time fully immersed in creating something,
or if you would like to build connections in Kusatsu Town,
we would love for you to join us.

We look forward to receiving your registration!

Who Can Participate

Anyone who meets one or more of the following criteria:

Those who are originally from Kusatsu
Those who have moved to Kusatsu
Those who work in Kusatsu
Those who would like to build connections in Kusatsu
Those who enjoy—or are looking for—time to fully immerse themselves in an activity

Schedule

The event will be facilitated by a community manager from the coworking space,
so even if you are joining on your own, please feel free to participate!

6:00 PM – 6:15 PM

Introduction & Participant Introductions

Opening remarks from the organizer and participant introductions.

6:15 PM – 7:00 PM

Create Freely! Candle-Making Workshop

You will shape a gel candle (approximately 5 cm square) using scissors and create a transparent candle that looks like ice.

7:00 PM – 7:20 PM

Photo Session

With your finished candle, we will take photos at a special photo stage.

7:20 PM – 7:30 PM

Opened in February 2024, this is the first coworking space in Kusatsu Onsen.
Located a 3-minute walk from Yubatake and near Otakinoyu.
Many business professionals visit daily for workations from urban areas.
It is a quiet workspace equipped with Wi-Fi and power outlets,
and also serves as a remote work and networking hub for people who have moved to Kusatsu Town.
